The appointment enquiry form collects the details you choose to share so we can reply personally and prepare for your visit.
We use your enquiry details only to respond to your message, arrange and manage your appointment, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow up about that enquiry.
This website doesn't offer self-serve booking or customer accounts.
Appointment emails are sent through Postmark. Confirmed appointments are stored in our protected database, synchronized to our private Google Workspace calendar, and processed through durable Vercel workflows. The website is hosted on Vercel and may use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand high-level traffic and performance.
These services help us run the website and respond to your enquiry.
The website does not create a customer login or public appointment record. Confirmed appointment records are available only to authorised Orla Bridal staff.
We limit the client information copied to our private calendar and keep internal appointment notes in the protected staff area.
We keep enquiry details only for as long as they are needed to handle the conversation and any related follow-up. We retain identifiable confirmed appointment records for 24 months after your most recent appointment, then remove identifying details while retaining anonymous operational totals.
Analytics are used to understand website traffic and performance trends, not to build advertising profiles.
If you would like to ask about your enquiry details, request a correction, or ask for deletion, just contact us directly.
